What we do for the house.
Regular cleaning on a standing day is the main offer. We also take one-off visits and deep cleaning when the house needs a longer reset. Private homes in London, arranged by telephone or a friend’s introduction.
Regular home cleaning
A cleaner who learns the house, on a day that stays in the diary. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and the rooms you care about most. From £25 an hour, 3 hours minimum.
You meet them. They learn where things live. When they cannot come, the office finds someone suitable and tells you first.
One-off visits
A single house cleaning visit when you need the place caught up, or before guests. Same standard as a regular session. Length agreed on the call.
Deep cleaning
Deep cleaning covers the jobs a weekly clean does not reach: inside cupboards and drawers in the rooms we agree, inside the oven and fridge if you want them done, skirting, frames, and a proper go at bathrooms and kitchens.
From £32 an hour, 6 hours minimum. Larger houses are quoted on the telephone. We may send two cleaners when the work needs it.
Deep cleaning is not a builders’ clean, an end-of-tenancy guarantee, or machine carpet work. If the house needs specialist kit, say so when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
What you provide
A working vacuum and mop, and ordinary access to water and power. Prefer your own products? Keep them under the sink and we will use them. Need us to bring ordinary cleaning products? Ask when we ring.
Ironing
A small amount of ironing can sit inside a regular visit if you leave the board out and agree the time on the call. It uses the same hours as the clean. We do not offer a laundry service or hours of ironing on its own.
What we do not do
End-of-tenancy packages, Airbnb turnarounds, exterior jet washing, and full private housekeeping (laundry, wardrobe work) as a standing product. Ask if you need something specific.
How an introduction works
Leave your name on the home page, or telephone. Postcode and preferred days help. We ring within a day or two and check whether a standing day is possible. If it suits both sides, a short visit follows: you meet the cleaner; they see the house. Then a standing day goes in the diary. You can move visits online or through the office.
