Questions people ask before they enquire.
How much does it cost?
Regular home cleaning from £25 an hour, 3 hours minimum. Deep cleaning from £32 an hour, 6 hours minimum. We confirm the figure on the telephone for your house.
Do I get the same cleaner each time?
We prefer continuity. You meet the cleaner; they learn the house. When they cannot come, the office finds a suitable replacement and tells you who is coming.
Is this an app?
No. You speak to the office. Once you are with us you can change the diary online, or telephone and we will do it for you.
Which areas do you cover?
House cleaning for private homes in London where we can offer a standing day. Leave a postcode when you enquire and we will say yes or no.
What do I need to provide?
A working vacuum and mop. Products if you have preferences. An iron and board if you want ironing. Keys or access as agreed with the office.
Can I rearrange a visit?
Yes. Tell the office, or cancel in the portal, and we move it. We do not send a short-notice invoice for an ordinary rearrange.
Do you do deep cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning visits, 6 hours minimum, priced above the regular rate. Details on services.
Do you do ironing?
A little, inside a regular cleaning visit, if we agree it when we set the day. Bring your own iron and board. For a pile of shirts every week, a laundry service is usually better.
Do you do end of tenancy?
Not as a standard package. If you need a thorough one-off in a private home, ask; we will say whether it fits.
