You meet them. They learn which rooms matter, where things live, how you like the place left. The house is not a rota.
When they cannot come
Illness and life happen. The office finds a suitable replacement and tells you who is coming. You hear from a person before the visit, not after an empty morning.
When your plans change
Tell the office, or cancel in the portal, and we move the visit. No short-notice invoice for an ordinary rearrange.
The standard
We introduce cleaners who already know private houses. Before they start with a client, we check references, right to work, and a DBS certificate, and we show them the standard we expect. If the work falls short, tell the office. We put it right.
The office
When a visit needs moving, or something is not right, telephone someone who already knows the household. We rearrange and we follow up. There is a real person on the end of the line.
A small book
From £28 an hour, three hours minimum, for private homes in London. We only take on what we can look after properly. Leave a postcode when you enquire and we will say whether a standing day is possible.
Discretion
Private houses stay private. Alarm codes, keys, and who is in the house stay between you, the cleaner, and the office.
